Bro's for the last week i have not been eating as much as i thought or should be, even little bit less then when i wasnt on this cycle. Today i have been very red in the face and feeling very warm to the touch my girlfirend said.

possibilties of the test flu? almost 3 weeks in.

thoughts...maybe i should take these two days off sleep lots and drink lots of water?

could be, rest, drink a ton of water, take 3 g vitamin c a day see if that works bro, i got "test flu" from ids bulk tabs, i got it bad hives, fever, sore throught.

get on some b-12 bro 1000mcg a week should be good

i was sick a couple of weeks ago on cycle
take 2 mutil's a day, take 3gs of vitamin c in the morning and before bed.

What you have to do is RAISE your RBC, B-12, 1cc (1000mcg's) EOD, or B12 oral 500mcg's ED.

EQ @ 600mg/week
