My diet is gonna be about 300 g protien and 150 carbs (not sure how many cals cuz i usually dont count them :s) Cardio will be 4 times a day with 40 minutes sessions. I am 190 lbs now with 12% bodyfat and i am looking to strip fat a little and add lean muscle. I just wanted your opinion and if there is anything i could do to improve my cycle.

First of the cycle is a mess. But what Im really intersted in is why you are doing 4 40 min cardio sessions ED. Thats way excessive. How the hell do you have time to do 40 min cardio 4 times a day anyway, dont you have a job? What is you weight training like? Your carbs are okay for a cutter, but way low for a bulker. I would also bump up your protein to around 400g or more per day. If you are going low carb I would add in some healthy fats. As far as the cycle it is too short for sust and deca, pyramiding is pointless, sust and deca dont make the best cutter tho you can cut on anything, get an AI and caber or at least b6 instead of the nolva, your PCT time is all f'ed up. It should start 3 weeks after your last shot of sust and deca and should be longer than 3 weeks. Sustanon should be shot ED or EOD for best results and E3D at the absolute minimum. Id recomend MWF. You deca dose is too low. I guess thats about it.
If you want to run Sust/Deca:
Weeks 1-12 Sust 750mg/week (MWF injections)
Weeks 1-12 Deca 400mg/week (1-2 injects is fine)
Weeks 1-12 Adex .25-.5mg EOD
Weeks 1-12 Caber .5mg 2X per week
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 50mg ED optional
PCT starts 3 weeks after last shot of Deca/Sust
Clomid 50mg ED for 6 weeks Nolva 40mg ED for first 2 weeks
As far as a cutter or lean mass cycle you can go with test alone or with tren, eq, mast, primo, var, tbol, proviron, halo, winstrol, etc. Look up some cutters as there are plenty on here and other sites and propose one and Im sure that myself and others would be glad to help you out. I would strongly suggest that you dont do the cycle like youve laid out. And decrease the cardio a lot.
