bit of a stupid question but was wondering if there is eny gear that is allowed under serrate sports drug regulations like rugby for instance ??

ye my pick is over a year old i wont let me change it, very anoying.

am 220 lbs now and quite a lot bigger, am still gona leave it maby 6 months and sea were ime at then.

hes also 6'2, but still if he is at 220 i dought its a lean weight

my old roommate was 6'5 and about 185 cuz he was all fat. if this kid has some muscle it could be about 220

ust to make all clear ime 16.5 stone which is 100kg (maby 1 or to more up) and there is 2.2 lbs to 1kg, 100x2.2 = 220. plz do corect me if ive got my conversion wrong.

i would not call my self shredded lean but ime not fat as you can sea in my album pick.

legs are not on the pick but thank my word for it they are BIG i have to bey trousers 3-4 sizes bigger than my actual whast so they will fit my leg.
