Reprecussions of asking around

I am in a new city and have no connections. What do you guys think about asking around a bit? Or should I wait for someone to approach me?

Anyone have any experience and/or advice?

get to know people. After about 3-4 months of knowing some guys..they usually ask me if i'm on juice and where i get it.

Make friends, or find a source overseas.

I have 3 good scources around here thank god but funny thing is none of them get the PCT stuff how much since that make.

theres not a lot of mark up on pct so probably just a money thing after all it is a business. To a bbder it makes no sense to a dealer it makes no dollars. Greedy bastards hahahahahahaa!!!!!!!!!
