Put your hand on your hip. SLightly frontside of where your mddle finger lands. I hate quads shots. Rarely do them.

i will never do one again I pinned 1 ml of waterbased winny in my quad and couldnt work out legs that week it hurt like hell for several days

first shot was done lastnight and i shot it in the butt. felt no pain, little blood after. Still a little unsure with the quad hope all goes well.
