what are you opinion on milk thistle during a cycle. I am about 4.5 week into my first cycle.

most def use it if on orals, orals are hard on the liver

I never heard of NAC does that abrv. something? Im not using any orals yet but will towards the last 4-6 weeks. really appreciate the advise

Great I got it lol love working at a supplement shop. is 600mg a day good or should i just go off the instruction off the bottle?

i take 600mg a day just on cycle with no orals. if your running orals bump it up to 1200mg

When your taking methylated PH's or roids than you want to take about 1~1.5g of milk thiistle and yea I love NAC, I usually run with about 2g of them including some ALA.

I just stick to Milk Thistle & Liv52...Both together for me work great.

Milk thistle is good, never bad. about 1g ED is a good amount. It certainly isn't a neccessity and who knows if it works but...it isn't bad.
