Hey guys.

Well in about a month I'm gonna start my next cycle...A bulking cycle.(Test E and Dbal)
And I wanted to know...What are some good tips that you got for a good diet.
Im 6 feet tall and my weight is about 205 pounds...I wanna bulk as much as possible...Cycle will be 14 weeks...
I have a very high metabolism...My normal bodyfat is 9% and I can eat whatever I want and I dont get fat...All my years of traning I always builted only muscle no fat at all...

So what are the tips that you got for a good "Bulking-cycle-diet"

Protein out the ass. Your body soaks it up like crazy so make sure you get a lot. I'm unsure of the actual amount because I know gear diets are slightly diff than regular diets.

Carbs I'd expect to be about the same at about 2 to 3g, might wanna go for 4 if you really wanna go balls to the wall.

Fat I'd say is about the same

I would say add about a thousand calories a day to what you are doing now but still keep it fairly clean even if you "can eat whatever you want".Since you have a high metabolism and will be on a cycle you dont have to be super clean but dont go overboard with junk food.It dark meat chicken,plenty of beef not even super lean beef.

eat lots and often but make sure you actuelly do it. split protien consumption up every few hours so your muscles are getting a constant flow of nutrients. get your hands on some decent protien powders otherwise you will find it difficult to consume enough protien. at your weight a minimum of 250 grams daily would be a must. Keep it clean! dont fill yourself with shit, it will do you no favours.

well eat every 2 hours.
much sure you get the right clean, complex & nutrient meals through out the day & night. if you miss something then make up for it later on in the day or night. but try not to *by this i mean if you miss 100g of protien only 50g..you know what i mean*
have your calories above 4000/ carbs 400/ protien 400 / fats 80.
diet IMO to me is the most important thing to me to see what kind of gains i want.

About 4500 cals
400 carbs
450 protein
This Stuff I'll get from my "clean foods" no junk...

Freak just PM'ed me something similar to this...

This is my take on it;
You wanna eat close on to about 6k cals per day bro (all clean-ish meals, so don't be affraid to spice things up a bit for flavours). 800carbs, 400 proteins, 75 fats, which will break out to 5,475 cals, I'd try this for now. You're gonna grow big time bro. All bulks I do on gear I always eat over 6k calories a day. No less than that
