Just wondering where everyone likes to pin. And why pinning in different areas and rotating is better than just one continous spot. I always pin in my glutes, once in awhile in my delts. Once or twice I have done it in my quads. Just wondering if I should change up where I pin and not pin in my glutes all the time. I am running Test E and soon Tri Tren. Some people say if you inject into lets say your bi's,tri, and so forth that those muscles will grow in size. I really don't think that is tru. But maybe someone get tell me different.

if u pin same area frequently u will get scar tissue, i rotate. i like

calves
delts
triceps
quads
biceps

It is best to change sites so that you avoid the accumulation of scar tissue in the area. Injecting into fresh muscle is always better because there is a good blood flow and no absence.

Scar tissue build up . Try pinning into a section that has been pinned to much..nerve reaction, hard to get pin into etc etc ....as for the injecting into a certain area and that area growing bigger i think ISNT true

Sounds good. I think Monday I am going to pin my Test E 250/1 cc in my Bicep.

try your tricep bro, their amazing no pain at all use a 5/8 inch needle

Not sure why but everytime I pin in my quads it gets so damn sore for a couple days that i cant even bend my leg.I do my glutes usually but now since Im pinning EOD Im gonna have to start switching up
