Just wondering where everyone likes to pin. And why pinning in different areas and rotating is better than just one continous spot. I always pin in my glutes, once in awhile in my delts. Once or twice I have done it in my quads. Just wondering if I should change up where I pin and not pin in my glutes all the time. I am running Test E and soon Tri Tren. Some people say if you inject into lets say your bi's,tri, and so forth that those muscles will grow in size. I really don't think that is tru. But maybe someone get tell me different.
