200mg of Deca is good for your joints but as far as having good gains from it you need to hit up atleast 400mg EW. I personally hate Deca but we might aswell point you in the right direction...Definetly a 2:1 ratio on Deca & Test...
If I were you I'd skip the Deca & stick to a gram of Test E & see how you go on that. It's far more better than pinning Deca. Either that or try EQ at 600-800mg EW with Test. You'll be more happy with that than the Deca
Weeks 1-12 1 gram Test E
Weeks 1-4 Kickstart with an oral Dbol\Tbol 50mg ED
2 weeks after last injection, start the usual PCT protocol
