clen is used usually 2 weeks on 2 off with dossages starting at 20mcg and tapering up to 100-150mcg, imo clen is to harsh and to many sides, ECA or ECY stack is much safer and just as effective

I've taken Clen a few times on and off for short periods to cut up. It is great. I always had the liquid (research lab grade) clen. One squirt is = to 20mcg. So I started off with 3 squirts (20mcg a day) then worked my way up as much as 120 mcg a day. Like stated before 2 weeks on and 2 off is probably your best best. after I think 21 days non stop use it becomes less almost not effective at all, that's why you need to cycle it like that. Taper your way from 60 mcg to 120mcg+ and then towards the end back down. The sides are there but managable and worth it in my mind. Only thing I got was the shakes and jitters the first few days unitl I got used to it. Just make sure you split it up throught the day taking 60mcg first thing in the morning aas I did a few times wasn't the best, a little too shaky for me. I would stick with 40mcg per dose at most. Also I wouldn't take it anytime past 5pm. You'll have a hell of a time sleeping on it.

id recommend not to take it and take ECA stack, just as effective with much less sides just as music man said. i took it got the shakes and so on was ok and then suddenly there were times i would walk away from my firends and sit by myself trying to breath properly hoping i wasnt going to have an attack or something.
if you are going to take it start at a low dosage as big ben said and work your way up but dont exceed 160mcg a day. monitor your body temperature to see if its working and when you see it go back down to its normal temperature jump off it. and wait a couple weeks and go back on.
if oyu want to stay on get some benedryl cough syrup and take 50ml a day before bed.

i have seen it used like this b4 but its up to you

Day
1 - 20mcg
2 - 40mcg
3 - 60mcg
4 - 80mcg
5 - 100mcg
6 - 120mcg (IF you can handle it at this point, i would go no further then 120mcg's)
7 - 120mcg
8 - 120mcg
9 - 120mcg
10 - 120mcg
11 - 120mcg
12 - 120mcg
13 - 120mcg
14 - 120mcg

When you finally start back up again you can start at 60mcg's instead of 20mcg's and work your way up from there. I would NOT exceed 120mcg's maybe 140mcg's but that's pushing it.

Oh yeah and sorry I forgot something important. Also take taurine and pottasium supplements. Your muscles tend to cramp up. I had bad calf cramps. Really bad. My girl was on top of me riding me more than once and my leg cramped up so bad I literally threw her off of me. Also gave me headaches time to time.

t3 start it at 25mcg for first 2 days than increase the dose up to 50mcg and so on until you are at 100mcg ed if you can handle it, you must taper back off as well

yea make sure you get your tests done before during and after when using t3. I know a friend who didnt get his shit checked out and permenatly shut done his system for a couple months. I wouldnt screw around with that stuff if you havent researched it, much more dangerous than steroids or phs because it affects thyroid fuction. good luck
