2 - 40mcg
3 - 60mcg
4 - 80mcg
5 - 100mcg
6 - 120mcg (IF you can handle it at this point, i would go no further then 120mcg's)
7 - 120mcg
8 - 120mcg
9 - 120mcg
10 - 120mcg
11 - 120mcg
12 - 120mcg
13 - 120mcg
14 - 120mcg
When you finally start back up again you can start at 60mcg's instead of 20mcg's and work your way up from there. I would NOT exceed 120mcg's maybe 140mcg's but that's pushing it.
