Hey guys im sure this has been touched on before (what hasnt in here lol ), but i think it would be good to hear how to KEEP YOUR GAINS after a cycle. I have seen alot of guys go to AAS as a "get big quick" type of thing...however after they run outta gear..they lose all there gains.

Just wanted to get everyones thoughts and MUST DO's and DONT's for after you finish your cycle !!

Think this would be informative to new people to AAS

Basically keep training heavy, eating big, and Clomid will bring your natty levels back up over about 6 to 8 weeks so pretty much if you keep doing what ur doing you'll keep about 85% of your gains

as long as you run the proper pct, train intense but get enough rest and eat good, you will retain your gains

proper PCT and ensuring your body has recovered and producing your own test levles. Also very important keeping your calories high to feed the muscle. Just because you cycle off doesn't mean you stop eating as much or train any less.

I know its an old theory but I prefer to taper, because the body doesn't go into shock. As compared to going straight into modern pct. With this I have been able to maintain a lot more of my gains, then a nolva/clomid/hcg pct.

train & eat as you normally would off or on cycle (like zomb said)
BUT you need to regain your natty test production back as quick as possible.

I think the most important things are you PCT and just like Zomb said..DONT STOP TRAINING HARD BECAUSE YOUR OFF GEAR !! Like i said before..i have seen this a number of times with guys in my local gym and they just dont get the reason why they lose all there gains ! Kinda upsets me to a point because i see them in there working there ass off and then when they dont show up for 2weeks straight, you know the commitment to themselfs isnt there !! Kinda makes me mad ya know

You don't use hcg in pct.

I got this from info on axiolabs website. "The main focus with HCG is to restore the normal ability of the testes to respond to endogenous luteinizing hormone. After a long period of inactivity, this ability may have been seriously reduced. In such a state testosterone levels may not reach a normal point, even though the release of endogenous LH has been resumed.
Many who have suffered severe testicular shrinkage may be able to relate, as it is often some time before normal testicle size and feelings of virility are restored if ancillary drugs had not been used. The excessive stimulation brought forth by administration of HCG can likewise cause the testicles to rapidly return to their normal size and level of activity."
Would'nt that mean that it is used for PCT?

a lot of people, during PCT and after, their diets are shit again, they train like shit.

that's why they loose all their gains.

my freind started cutting durring his PCT and kept 2lbs once his PCT was done. that's iddiotic to me.

I completely agree man.

If you're gonna mess around do stupid things like change how you train and eat after a cycle then ur not gonna keep anything.

Gear is supposed to add to ur diet and training. It's not just a magical pin or anything

i consider gear a supplement
use it as a supplement to your training/diet/regimine

of course, it helps to have some respect when taking gear as some of it are some pretty powerful hormones
