29 years old, bounced between 118-130 pounds most of my life. got upto about 165 pounds in basic training from eating double portions and constantly doing PT. Burned it all off in about a month after basic.

I've been called a hardgainer, i burn calories like crazy. ive lost as much as 15 pounds in 2 days. Ive been a shrimp forever. Ive been working out for a couple of years and nothing seems to help. Tried all the protein shakes, all the vitamins, all kinds of different workout plans. Nothing..

Then I started working out with my buddy josh, who hooked me up with Test-Cip. Started out just using that, about 200mgs per week, then moved up to that and Dbol. So far ive gone from 125 pounds to 142 pounds. Good gains, but im almost 4 weeks into my first cycle and have the option to add Anadrol in with my test/dbol cycle. Ive studied all the side effects, im trying to get ahold of some clomid, i got some liver cleansing Milk Thistle stuff along with some kidney health (apple cider vinegar, good stuff) and some Halodrol for PCT.

Does anybody have any suggestions to help me out? My girlfriend doesnt know im on test, but she's definitely impressed with my gains and wants me to get bigger. This has definitely improved my self-esteem and confidence levels. I dont see steroids as the dark side of bodybuilding, only the misunderstood side.

Oh, im a full time active duty National Guardsman too.

yeh but because your self esteem goes up and you'll get at of confidence which then leads to steriod abuse IMO. getting excited you ganed and when you come off without the proper procedure and it goes away and then jump straight back and abuse yourself.
get some blood work done now and see how your going, organize your PCT before you decide to take anything more. your pct should consist of Nolvdex & Clomid.
as for your cycle stay on it for 14 weeks & out up the dosage to 500 and stay on that. dbol should be on the first 5 weeks @50mg p/d then stop it. add it back in if you like at the end of your cycle. from week 12-17 when your PCT starts and stop it then.
dont take anadrol now, its a serious compound, leave it for your next cycle.

side note.. I invested in a blender, using quart of whole milk, 2 huge scoops of peanut butter, vanilla icecream, 1 banana, 3 scoops of ISO Mass extreme gainer, blended to death. Pleasent taste, kinda thick, but has a peanut butter aftertaste. good stuff.. without the extra ingrediants, i figured the whole milk with the gainer shake mix was about 1100-1200 calories per serving, with about 65 grams of protein. Now.. well.. im not sure, but we will see if it works.

I've rarely ever heard of people using Halodrol for PCT

for PCT stick to Clomid about 50mg ED.
If desired or needed due to gyno, take Nolvadex at about 40mg ED as well for a about 4 to 6 weeks then taper Clomid off if desired.

BUT DON'T QUOTE ME ON IT! I'm just going off what I've read/seen people on here use

pct is your post cycle therapy to get your natty test pro upto date. and to do that the best option would clomid & nolva

It does look like you have done some research before you started thats a good thing.Listen to anthk,lbj and zomb they will help you out
But watch all the weight gainers and sweets man you could gain the wrong kinda weight
Be sure to up your test cause 200 mg a week is almost a waste

ok, yeah, i upped my test to 2cc's/400mgs last night. Im continuing with the 400mgs a week test/Dbol 25mgs ED regiment. Like i said, im a hard gainer, so i need every calorie i can get, cuz i burn them even when im sitting still.
Metabolism like a rabbit on crystal meth.

As far as side effects go, i DO notice an increase in aggression and my temper is alot shorter, but i can keep that in check (im around higher ranked sergeants all day, gotta keep my mouth shut..) but i have felt what i can only describe as a "cool cocky self-assurance" about myself lately.. even my girlfriend notices it. im not sure if thats the test or just feeling better about myself.

Do a thread search in this section on new cycle newbie cycle help with a cycle things like that to get a look at recomended cycles. Then use google and search steroid profiles to get an idea of how each compound differs to increase your knowledge. Then study PCT this is in fact the most important part of a cycle imo theres no use in building all of this just to throw it away at the end it will make you want to cycle again too soon. OTC PCT does not work as far as I can tell you need to implement a real serm like everyone has told you clomid and nolvadex NOT clomed and novedex. Anthk has you covered as far as upping your test dose 500 mg ew in 2 pins this is a standard noob cycle. Last and this is purely my opinion I would not do anadrol. Good luck-UC

go to 500mg p/w

if you can burn alot calories then you eat like an animal
up your calories to 5k.
every 2 hours everything clean & complex

this is good stuff.. I started out at 125 pounds at 5'10" about a month ago.
Im currently sitting at about 146. Biggest ive ever been is 165.
I am kinda worried about the hair loss thing, it seems my hair has been thinning prior to taking test anyway.. bleh.. ive heard something about some kind of shampoo that helps that?

I really appreciate all the advice, ive tried asking bodybuilders before at a gym, but they just called me a shrimp and laughed at me.
