Goin to start a cycle ( yes i meet all your guys criteria: training age, diet i am over 21 etc) 6ft 220 lbs at 9 %. any who my source can only get these:

sustanon
dbol
decca
winni v

I know you guys really rate the test E first cycle, lets just say (im sure use are thinking, just look harder for test e but lets just say i cant.

Was wondering if i could make a good first cycle out of them ( i also know i prob wont be using the winni c or the decca just thaught i would say i could get them incase on of the xperts came up with comthing)

anyt way the research i have done tells me that u need to pin more often with sustanon. Just hoing one of the experts could make a good first cycle out of stuff.

well for a first cycle i'd say run sus@500mg p/w pin-mon,thurs for 12 weeks
but because of the prop in there it's great @750mg p/w pin-mon,thurs and sat. so the decision is up to you.
as for deca there will be alot of side effects (def. including limp penis) depending on how many mg/ml is when you pin it. run 400mg for 12 weeks. i say this dosage because you have a good test to deca ratio. add the dbol 50mg p/d for the first 5 weeks. as for the winny store it in the cupboard.
so it should look something like this:

WEEK 1 - 12 Sus@750mg p/w Pinning; Monday, Thursday & Saturday
WEEK 1 - 12 Deca@400mg p/w Pinning; Monday, Thursday & Saturday
(i found that pinning everything together is easier)
WEEK 1 - 5 & 10-14 Dbol@50mg p/d
WEEK 5 - 14 Arimidex@0.25-0.5mg EOD
(i say till week 14 because personally it helps my natural test production recover alot quicker)
WEEK 0 - 0 Winny
WEEK 14.5-21 Nolva 40mg/40/40/20/20/20 Clomid 50mg

1-4 d-bol 40-50mg ed
1-12 sustanon 1ml mon/wed/fri
2 weeks after last injection pct

clomid/ nolvadex
50 40
50 20
50 20
50 20
if needed taper off clomid
25
25

get an AI incase of gyno and incase the dbol raises your bp to high from bloat

1g is kinda high being this is his first cycle, i would not reccommend going over 750mg the first time see how your body reacts to the sus, about the deca thats up to you some like some dont i wont use it at all i would look at eq if i were you, anthk cycle looks good make sure you have your pct on hand also some that will combat the deca sides nolva wont do **** for them

also, keep nolva on the hip when doing the PCT to combat any gyno sides

and keep it on hand during cycle incase of gyno sides

Bromocriptine (brand names include Parlodel), an ergoline derivative
Cabergoline (brand names Dostinex® and Cabaser®),
these are the 2 compounds that help prolactin based gyno that sometimes shows up when using nandrolne (deca durabolin) problem is when you run nandrolone and testosterone its hit or miss which one of them are causing the gyno especially when you havent run test or deca before. test requires a serm like nolva or sometimes an AI like adex. With anthks cycle you already run the adex so if a gyno side shows you will need one of the 2 drugs listed above check with someone else for dosage recomendations and do some research on bromo and caber. Thanks for the info guys helpful as usual much appreciated have decided to ditch the deca from what has been said and from what i have spoken to other people abot


So i think i am goin to go

weeks 1-12 sus 750mg/wk pinning on mon/thurs/sat
weeks 1-5 dbol 50mg/day

then run my pct as standard.

Does that sound like a good 1st time round

and when is the best time to take the d bol and best time of the day to pin keeping in mind i training early morning if that nakes a different.

Also my source said in aus test e is had to get for human and he only has it for sheep !

if this is you first cycle then run 400-500mg of the sus only .......i have been doing this for many years and believe in arther rea's philosophy of why start up the ladder too high when less will give you the same gains .......in other words if you jump in with all those compounds then you are missing a growth stage that could have occurred with less .....save the deca , etc for the next time ...also run the sus - if its 250 then 1 cc on sunday night then 1 cc on thurs morning or so - try to keep blood levels consistant

ok the question I have, is this frequent enough for the prop ester to stay at consistent levels in the blood since it being brought to within a few hours of its half life.

righto guys so what is it do i pin twice a week casue every onb i have spoken to says with sus its best to do 3 times. and do i kik start with d-bol?
i am still leaning towards this one

weeks 1-12 sus 750mg/wk pinning on mon/thurs/sat
weeks 1-5 dbol 50mg/day

then run my pct as standard.

if you have to run 750 mg of sus on your first cycle then 3x per week will be better

good starting cycle. you'll see some good gains. pin 3x per week and keep some nolva on hand
