Hi guys i was just wondering if this looks like an alright diet while im on Test E, finishing with Anavar. my diet is not to far from this right now, just going to make a few things higher in cal...any adivice would be great. thanks

930am 10 egg whites, 2 whole, 2-3 taost
1230pm 8-10oz chicken, sweat potato or pasta, broccoli or g beans
330pm same as 1230
5pm train
7pm Quick mass
9pm lean beef, pasta, veggies.
11pm 10 egg whites, 2 whole
4-5 liters of water, 1 liter of milk
supplements include:

vit c
calcium, mag, zinc
fish oils
cayenne
milk thistle
garlic
glocosamine
