you make some ammazing gains on slin. IF i mean a big if, i was to do it i would have to be pro and under docs supervision. one shot and out you can go forever.

Isn't insulin is the most anabolic hormone known to man? I wouldn't consider playing with that shit even if I was a pro, a friend of my cousin's supposedly fell into a hypoglycemic coma due to bad usage.

just adding something guys since ur talking about hg and insulin.

ur organs will not grow on a hg only cycle. but if u combine with slin it will make u look pregnant since the organs starts growing, and compining of hg,slin and igf1 will make u look like ur having twins look at almost all BIG pros!
the "pros" i know recomends hgh and roids not combining it with slin .
back in the old days when arnold competed almost no one combined those two.
And they looked far more athletic then a lot of bbs today. the only bb pro i like with out a big "pregnant" belly is dexter and lee priest. does not look like priest ever combined slin and gh in my opinion. he have a clasic bb body .. he reminds me of franco columbo

Small amount of mash potatoes. With shitloads of beef, chicken or fish with asparagus 5 times a day plus 3-4 only meat or whey meals thrown in. 2 gallons of water & 45mins cardio everyday with a 4 day lifting split

Mon - Chest & shoulders. Cardio & abs
Tue - Back & traps. Cardio
Wed - Just cardio & abs & sauna
Thur - Legs. Cardio - On this day he carbs up
Fri - Calves & arms
Sat - Cardio & abs
Sun - Cardio & abs - NO CARBS

I wrote this down a while back. Still haven't tried this split. I might try it on my next cycle

this spilt does sound alright. might try it out too.
