alright guys after doing some more research and gettin some advice from heath n zomb i think i got my cycle all locked down

i have one or two questions tho

1-4 T-bol 50mgs ED (dont want to do D-Bol because of the extra water retention)
1-12 Test E 500 mg
1-12 EQ 600mg or 800mg? was told that you have to run EQ at very high doses in order to see good results so was wondering if i should even consider it for my first cycle or not
3-12 HCG 500 ius

14-18 50 mg clomid ED
19-20 25 mg clomid ED

will have nolva in case of gyno


my stats and training history r on another post i had earlier but quick run through: been liftin for about 6 six yrs (BB for the last 2.5 yrs) diet is 100% locked down and completely clean...will be 22 when i start the cycle in july

^ i'd go with 600mg/week of EQ, you'll enjoy it after it kicks in.

no i still have weeks 13 and 14 of test p 150mg eod joints are getting better by the way

Yeah I just remembered you had the Prop still to go. Good to hear your joints are getting better. I seem to have a problem with my right shoulder atm now myself, although it's not as bad as what I had before, it's still a bitch cos you can't bench as heavy as you want. I benched 264 this week instead of my regular 440 cos my shoulder felt like giving out.

that suck man i know how you feel the wife told me she never seen me this focused before, they just dont understand if im gong to do gear you gotta do it right. My bench has gone down also maybe 60 pounds because of the elbow but i just split the training morning and night to give it a break

^^^That sounds resonable bro, give it some time to rest definetly. My weight dropped nearly 200lbs on bench this week, yesterday actually because of my shoulder, lol. It seems ok today though, it's still tender when I lift it but not painful anymore. I should be back up to my usual bench weight next week, I've already trained shoulders & chest this week so I can give it time to rest till next Tuesday, whoop whoop, lol

my shoulder has been playing up more the last 2 months. i got physiotherapy which sorta helped. voltaren 50, fish oils and glucosamine but mainly i just stretched alot before and during my workouts. not so much as i should have afterwards. altogther it helps and to keep your technique to a maximum

thanks for the help

u should try ultra sound therapy....i have done it a couple times with a sports doctor for my shoulder and it works pretty well
