^^^That sounds resonable bro, give it some time to rest definetly. My weight dropped nearly 200lbs on bench this week, yesterday actually because of my shoulder, lol. It seems ok today though, it's still tender when I lift it but not painful anymore. I should be back up to my usual bench weight next week, I've already trained shoulders & chest this week so I can give it time to rest till next Tuesday, whoop whoop, lol
