Increased joint pain with gear?

On week 11 of my cycle and man im starting to have some major joint pain in the elbows and knee's. The knees are not that bad but the elbows have stopped me from training the last two days. I compare it to hitting your funny bone but the pain does not go away until i just stop lifting. Has anyone delt with this on gear anfd how long should i train around the injury? I ahve tried chest and tri's twice now with no luck only getting threw 60% of the wo.

You should be taking about 4g's of fish oils a day....maybe your training to hard. I know if i heavy squat every week my knees kill me. Or if i dead lift everyweek my back hurts. I alternate from moderate to heavy from week to week. Take a week off completely or switch to moderate weight 12-15 reps to let your joints heal up.

gotch i think its my schdule man im in the fire department so my work days are tues on/wed off/thurs on/fri off/ sat on/sun off/ mon on/ tues,wed,thurs off this is where i hit it pretty hard and sorness kicks in. Fri on/ sat off/ sun on/ mon,tues off/ wed on, then im off til next tues this is where i am now i train all five days and its getting really bad by monday all the days underlined i train at the gym days at the fire department i either rest or cardio im at a busy station. i think its something minor it flares up when i hit it heavy then when i stop it goes away

That schedule doesn't seem too bad....looks like about 4 days a week. As i do. When you say soreness do you mean muscle or joint? If muscle, increase protein. If joint start taking glucoseamine supps + Vit C + Fish oil, and maybe for your next cycle add 600mg/week Deca.

Knees and back are what kill me....one week i'll start off with heavy squats..i'll slowly increase weight to about 405lbs for about 8 reps. Then the next week i'll start off with...machine hack squats and cap it off with squats no heavier then 225-315lbs.

Back..one week i'll do off the floor deads for reps..not going higher then 405lbs, then the next week i'll do one rep maxes...then the next i'll do rack deads starting from right below the knee. Always alternating from one rep maxes and reps.

yeah its joint pain muscle sorness everynow and then though i can deal with that. about that deca man im not that hard core i will wait on that one i plan on using eq/prop/and sustaplex later on this year if i dont get my iraq contract

Diclofenac potassium helps me. 100mg in the morning with a meal and 50mg at night with a meal

Deca for me is great. Feels like lube for my joints. I have noticed a lot from the deca...running..

deca is just one of them injectables i wish not to tinker with at this stage i feel that i need to up my knowledge before i attempt to use that type of gear. the damn sides are just so hard to control i dont want to risk it yet how is it going for you though
