That schedule doesn't seem too bad....looks like about 4 days a week. As i do. When you say soreness do you mean muscle or joint? If muscle, increase protein. If joint start taking glucoseamine supps + Vit C + Fish oil, and maybe for your next cycle add 600mg/week Deca.
Knees and back are what kill me....one week i'll start off with heavy squats..i'll slowly increase weight to about 405lbs for about 8 reps. Then the next week i'll start off with...machine hack squats and cap it off with squats no heavier then 225-315lbs.
Back..one week i'll do off the floor deads for reps..not going higher then 405lbs, then the next week i'll do one rep maxes...then the next i'll do rack deads starting from right below the knee. Always alternating from one rep maxes and reps.
