anavar only cycle is a waste, you wont get gains from it and if you do they will diminish after you discontinue, get off of it train harder and get your diet in check at 170lbs for your height you could hit 200 naturally with a good diet and workout plan

Second that, why are you insistent on taking anavar? Everyone on here has told you not to and you still keep saying you are taking it and evidently nothing can stop you so I guess we are just wasting our time trying to tell you anything cause your diet is crap, you are to young and to small and can get much bigger naturally and do some research. Not meaning to be a butt. But you wont listen to anyone on here, people are here to help.

You want to get cut and ripped, yet you are eating anything you want for a carb source? Shit, if you were bulking I'd say go for it. I'd evaluate your diet to make sure it matches your goals. At 18 I was over 200lbs, solid, abs,... and absolutely 100% natural. You DO NOT need gear to reach your goal of 190lbs. Get a good workout routine and diet and being ripped at 190 should be very.. very achievable. Of course you seem to ignore everyone's advice here, so you know what? Do what ever the fuck you want, and when that doesn't work....reread this post and ask for some help on your diet and routine. Good luck bro.... you need it.

alright thanks G for your support im going to finish what i started to late now not good anyways to shut down your nads then discontinue use that fast but after this i will try to go up to 200 before i think of injecting again

well at least get your diet in check
your protien should be over 300, carbs about the same, fats over 50 and cals at least 3500

Personally, I think you're either for or against steroids regardless of whatever factors. I mean, Mike Tyson took steroids since he was a kid - probably way before he was 18. Something is loose in his head but physically he's like any other person, only more muscular. I don't agree with steroids in ANY case. The only exception for me might be if one would take steroids for a short period of time that would enable this person to make a huge monetary profit, which would (for lack of a better expression) make them set for life. That's short-term and the effect would be MINIMAL.

Now, having said that, I don't see why anyone would take steroids in any other scenario but the one described above. If you're 175 and trying to hit 190 by the summer...I'm sorry to say it, but you're mentally challenged. You will NOT gain 15lbs of lean muscle in 2-3 months naturally. All you can do is work on getting cuts. For you to go from 175 to 190 while cutting fat is going to take a lot longer than you think. You'll probably lose 5-10lbs of fat, so, in fact, you have to put on even more muscle to go up to 190. You're not putting on 15lbs of muscle, you're putting on 20-25lbs of muscle since you're losing fat. IF, and that's a big IF, you stick to your diet and training plan, you'll be lucky if you can achieve that in 2 years. Good luck.

damn the pump was satisfiying to me today as cumming was felt real good had a good work out anavars are decent at 30mg's dont feel like roid head on them either
