ok i know what milligrams are but when purchasing an injectable what does it mean when they say mg/ml???
E.G.(vials of 200mg/ml)<<<what does that mean----is it just a 200 mg vial???

It depends how many ml per vial. Most of the time when you are talking vials its 10ml. There are some UGs that make 50ml jugs. Usually if its just 1ml its an amp not a vial.

so say i have a 250 mg/ml vial of lets say test cypi and i wanna inject 500 mg? well how many mgs exactly are in a vial of 250 mg/ml???

Ok, here you go, 250 mg equals 1ml, so if you want 500mg you need 2ml, so pull that syringe and fiil it up to 2cc and there you got 500mg of what you need. As far as mg/ml, that means milligrams per millaliter, so you have 250 milligrams per millaliter, if you have a 10ml vial thqat would be 2500mg per that whole bottle.
