well it first depends on if you're on a cut or a bulk

if you're on a bulk then this is recommended:

stay between 4 to 8 reps.
189g of protein
378 to 567g of carbs
btw 65 and 90g of fat

for a cut
8 to 12 reps
283.5g to 340 g of protein
189 to 378g of carbs
37.8 to 56.7g of fat.

anything else you need just PM me or everybody can answer on here as well haha

that or you can start a log and track your progress

Also, didn't realize this was in the steroid section, but seriously, get your diet straight first and learn all you can about steroids before even attempting them. they're very dangerous if you don't know what you're doing.

I CAN'T STRESS THAT ENOUGH

why is the protien lower on the bulk?? protien should be over 300
carbs are high espically in cut. somewhere inbetween 50-250
and rep ranges depends on the person. i'm bulking and my reps variey in between 5-15 even 25 for superset. calories for bulk should be 3500+, cut somewhere around 2000 again depending on the person.

Ive always based protein consumption on LBM not actual weight is that wrong or right. I agree with uping it on a cut due to restricted calorie you run the risk of some being stolen for energy so a surplus seems to be in order

500g will cause kidney problems man

anything over 1.8g per lb of bodyweight, you will have problems.

Anything in excess will cause problems, but on a cut especially on gear uping Protein intake is a must. On gear you'll use so much more Protein than a natty would. Most if not all Steroids thrive on lean Proteins. I remember the time I was on Tren a few years back when I was still eating in around 8k cals every day my BF still dropped.

For your first ever cycle you need Test Enanthate at 500mg EW (every week) for 12 weeks. Followed by a minimum of 4 weeks PCT on Clomid at 50mg ED (every day). If you want you can kickstart the cycle with an oral like Dbol or Tbol at 30-50mg ED. Why use Test E for your first cycle? Because you want to see how your body reacts to Test as Test SHOULD be the base in ANY CYCLE. 9 times out of 10 you won't get any bad reactions to gear like Test E

Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg EW split into 2 injections to keep blood levels steady
Weeks 1-4 Dbol 50mg ED

2 weeks after last injetion start PCT with Clomid keeping Nolvadex on hip incase you encounter any Gyno sides

PCT weeks 1-4 Clomid 50mg ED
Then if needed go another 2 weeks at;
Clomid 25mg ED

Good luck
