Liquid Anavar.... Need Directions

Whats up guys... I just got my hands on some liquid Anavar (Oxandrolone) and need directions on how to take it. Here is the info on the bottle.

Anavar Liquid
50ml Volume
1ml = 20mg Anavar (Oxandrolone)
Each squeese draws approx. 0.5ml

what ima do, i have a 10ml bottle in which each 1ml is 10mg. So i've gotten a dropper, well i'm going to extract the ml's needed and squirt it in my mouth. it tastes awful so i might put it in my protien shake.
..protien + anavar = oh yea!

or you can just put a syringe in it and extract x ml's and then take of the pin and squirt it where ever you please as long as it orally.

Good stuff, never use the dropper...use a syringe. Make sure to shake the bottle before drawing and if you use a pin on the syringe, make sure it's a LARGE gague. Like an 18g.

My information shows the the best delivery system for liquid anavar is either grapefruit or grape juice due to certain enzymes, Squirt your anavar into cold juice and chug it daily
