Anyone in here watch the 30 day thing on FX with they HGH and steroid thing. Incase you guys didnt see it, this guy in his 30's wanted to look/feel younger again. He took a weekly injection of testosterone and a shot of HGH everyday. He also took a shit load of other supplements (40 pills a day). Now he had liver disfunction w/in the first week and lost his sperm count w/in 20 days. I just wonder if the show was set up to scare people. The doctor for the program said they have never seen anything like this and hes been doing it for 8 years. Somethin sounds fishy here.

Who knows maybe im wrong, i just think its ironic that this program has been around for 8 years and now they run a test on reality tv and all of a sudden there are problems.

I watched it. The HGH doctor looked like a used car salesman desperate to make a sale. The guys wife was a raging ****. The guys female cardio trainer was fucking hot. All the supplementation was pointless for 30 days, and was way too much, thats why his liver was messed up. Overall, he could of lost the exact same amount of weight if he just stuck with the exercise & eating right.

As a side note, I recorded it and am in the process of editing it. So I'll try to upload it soon.

Yea, i thought it might be because hes taking too much. Thats what that one BB said on there. What about the whole mixing HGH and testosterone? I dont know much about steroids and stuff but I havent heard of anyone taking HGH and testosterone.

Bob Chic did a good job.

I wanted to punch his wife right in the face by the end of the show. How annoying was that when she was interrupting that guys workout bitching about schedules. That **** would've been in the pool if I was training that guy. I don't stand for that when I'm training someone.

The show was exactly what I thought it was gonna be....bashing steriods.

I like how they made a big deal about him flippin out when they were locked in the pool. For one that had to be set up and I too would be pissed if I couldn't get out.

For every "supplement" I've ever been on I've never ever "flipped out". That was so lame when he did that. Plus I've never heard anyone having roid rage on 100 mg of test a week.

yeah I was gunna comment on that. It's just selective editing. If that guy only gets angry twice every 3 weeks (especially with a bitchy wife), I think he's doing pretty good.

I think they picked the wrong person to do this experiment on. They should have chosen someone who is already physically fit, and doesn't have a family to interfere with them.

Although, I was hoping that one of his "roid rages" would involve him smacking the shit out of his wife. Too bad though.

i saw the show about a week ago and i thought it was just a lot of b.s! alot of editing was done to make it look so bad. afterall who wouldnt be pissed with a wife like her, a crazy workout and diet program, and work. not to mention weekly visits to the doc.

It's a damn shame they don't do a show on steroid facts. But I guess they would get bad publicity if it looks like a "pro"-steroid show.
