Bodybuilding.com - Brian Cunningham - A To Z Post-Cycle Recovery: From Soup To (Your) Nuts!
this is different approach is it BS or does it have any merit.

HMMMM. Nice find bro, there's numerous things in there I don't like, LOL. Although prolly not complete BS, I just wouldn't recommend newbies to take it for granted, I believe in keeping PCT SIMPLE

No problem bro.
I agree that finding info on this particular subject is hard to come by, especially on the net as most of the info sources are full of bullshit, lol. I guaruntee that 99.9% of info you'll find on the net regarding PCT will tell you to use HCG after cycle at the X amount of dosage to restore HPTA. Or they tell you things like Nolva will be enough for PCT after a cycle of Deca or some shit like that. Or they tell you to front load on Clomid at 200mg ED for the first week of PCT etc...Some ppl may say that this info you found here is a sticky\debatable subject, which is not in my eyes, just aload of crap in making things in PCT more complicating to the newer guys taking gear that'll send them down the wrong path IMO.

Keeping it nice, sweet, sexy & simple is the way to go lol. This is for any novice cycler reading this post; A 4 week minimum on 50mg Clomid ED 6 weeks is more benefitial, plus keeping Nolva on the hip is more than enough for anyone after most cycles on Test etc, if you feel the need to use HCG, use it at 500ius split into 2 injections EW throughout cycle ONLY from weeks 3 onwards, NEVER IN PCT...

Once again bro thx for the share
