Hey dude - don't know if you are asking me - but here is my answer:
Typically i do cardio about 20 mins a day Plus one 40 min day a week.
Diet have been quite clean since i started the clen cycle but i haven't cutt down the calorie count too much. According to my last fat test my MR required about 1800 cals to maintain - given that I work out almost every day I upped that to 2000 - I've nee eaqting 18-2600 ev day - mostly around 2200.
Long winded answer. However...
Yesterday started the last clen 3 week cycle with clen from a new source and it seems way more potent - getting winded easier - feel hot- feel the heart pumping a little harder. So maybe this run will be different. i also was conservative and went up to 4 tabs only for 4 days. You can go up to 6 tabs (for a guy) as a max.
Hope that was helpful. i definately have gotten leaner over the past 7 weeks. i'll do a BF test at the end of April.
