I'm fairly new here and you seem pretty popular so if you have the time. Here is my current split. Its a two days on one day off deal.
Chest/Bi's
Legs/calves
Off
Back/Traps
Shoulder/Tri's
Off
Repeat
Know of a better split for more mass. I've been at a sticking point for a little.
Also I saw you give someone this training for tri's:
skullcrushers 5X10
close grip bench 5X10
weighted dips 5X10
rope press downs 3X20
barbell extentions 3X10
kickbacks 6Xfailure
cable press downs for the final burn 6Xfailure
Isn't this a little much for someone doing it natural for now. I generally do 20sets at most of arms. Should I be doing more?
