cosign, i leave a rest day or a lowerbody day inbetween upper body training, unless im going for a shock or pressed later in the week with a busy schedule:
IE:
Monday: Chest/Tri
Tues: Legs
Wed: Shoulders/Traps
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Back/Bi
Sat: cardio, abs, off-day etc...
Sun: off
