as we all agreed with this cycle guys:
Week 1-12 test e
Week 1-4dbol 50 mg ed
week 3-12 hcg 500iu ew
2 weeks after last injection start pct.Clomid 50/50/50/25/25/25.

does 4 days a week for training is enough??

1) chest & bicep
2) shoulders & tricep
3) back
4) legs

Yes i think its a good split too.I do one very similar just give yourself a rest day on like wednesday heres mine
Mon-chest biceps
Tues-Legs
Weds-Off
Thurs-back
fri-shoulders Tris
Wouldnt be wise to do shoulders and tris the day after chest and bis

cosign, i leave a rest day or a lowerbody day inbetween upper body training, unless im going for a shock or pressed later in the week with a busy schedule:

IE:
Monday: Chest/Tri
Tues: Legs
Wed: Shoulders/Traps
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Back/Bi
Sat: cardio, abs, off-day etc...
Sun: off

I also do traps with shoulders,cardio 4 x a week after w/o

My cycle is almost like yours instead i went test E 500mg 1-12 dbol 50mg week 1-5 test p weeks 13-16 150mg eod hcg's week 3-14 250iux2 each week. my split is
Monday chest/tri's/cardio
Tuesday morning upper back and traps afternoon lower back abs
Wed shoulders/bi's
thursday legs/ abs
friday light abs cardio
sat off
sunday repeat
Im a firefighter so my schudule is not always like that but you get the drift im in week five i started at 248 im now currently at 284 today body went from 11% to 13% but im holding a little water from the dbol

Goal: 260 cut solid by Nov.1 Start date 5/05/08
Current: 265 7/22/08

in my view an off day shouldn't consist of cardio or abs or etc.
an off day is an off day.. to rest & repair

mon: chest
tue: back
wed: off
thur: bi's & tri's
fri: shoulders & traps
sat: legs
sun: off
