Well im on week 4 and feel good last week on dbol the sides are getting pretty noticable now And kaboom i have started having a hard time eating like you did. The weight in my sets have pretty much stayed the same from weeks 3 to 4 but my training seems more dialed in if you know what i mean i do the same wo as before but its in half the time. The bloat seems to be going away in its self from some reaeson which is good. Hcg's have seemed to work the boys have stayed the same, I have noticed pinning twice a week has made me feel alot better thoughout the week versus one time a week. I never really did legs before as i do them now man have they responed it almost sucks because my pants fit alot different, between my back and legs i haave seen the biggest gains for the new guys QUAD INJECTIONS are the way to go i cant even feel them but DO rotate your sites. I hit every site once every three to four weeks until i get to test p in my cycle and that wont work. My overall weight as of today is 274 pounds up from 248 on the 20th of jan. Once again thank you to lbj,kaboom,zombi,triddy,and rocco(dude i seen your video your a beast) for all the help.

Fantastic weight gain brother! That's one thing about d-bols i didn't like was it takes away your apatite.

I swear when i started to pin my quads i saw them growing...i know site injection doesn't work..but damn..lol.

Hey Zomb...at the risk of having all the bros out there tell me that spot injections are a myth and not possible given the science of AAS....I also have to admit that when I started doing quad injections my quads did seem to grow much more and get very defined.

LOL

I can't explain it.

Maybe it was from just staring at them so much with that pin in my hand. LOL!!!

Im taking pics now to post im finding some old ones to post side by side. Not at the risk of sounding gay i really owe alot to yall, my training is at an all time hi right now, without your knowledge and patients it could not be. Running man good to hear from ya keep us posted on your second go around also man, today was chest and tri's i went really heavy just to see how hard i could push, after 4 chest exercises man was i pumped also exhausted to lol i had to do tri's later that night. looking forward to thursday man its my first cheat night my diet has been really clean until then lol.

Heath - awsome weight gain - glad to hear it! You think you have much water in that poundage? Where is your cycle posted - I'd like to see the whole thing. Interesting to hear about the quads too.

Of course I have water in that how much I'm not sure but the bloat seems to be going away on its own for some reason pinning quads is great man but it might not be for everyone I did delts this week to give the quads a break but the muscles seems to be getting use to the pinning no more soreness even in the delts my eating problems have seem to go away the last couple of days shit I'm eating like.a horse now but clean though its going into week four so with the hcgs on board along with the dbol the test e should be kicking in anytime now my cycle is posted in a couple of my threads

Site injrections work....temporari;ly. Youa re piutting fluid in tot he area and injection sites swell a bit. I love hitting my tries for that reason.

i could not imagine doing tri injections i might have to go there when i get into the test p though lol

I still haven't started my cycle as I'm still getting over a chest infection but man I can't wait...Gonna hit quads straight off, not looking forward to pinning mt Test P though, I hate EOD pins, LOL...Since I haven't pinned for a while I know the Prop is going to hurt LMAO
