Thing is i sorted let my self slip.I put on a lot of body fat over the past few months. I used to eat out of control, junk fatty foods. But i've been doing well since mid December, and cheated very little during the holidays. |
I wouldn't touch anabolics IMO. You need to get your diet in check and drop that body fat down to 12%-14%.
You need a in depth break down of your diet. Exact protein/carbs/fats per meal per day. Keep protein about 1.5x body weight, carbs 1x body weight, and keep fats below 90g/day.
