at the same time I want to put on size.

hi guys, I'm new to this forum. I've actually been a member for a while now but this is my first post.

In doing some research, I saw that one of the best steroids for losing fat and putting on size is Winstrol.

I've never juiced before, so if i got on winstrol it'll be my first time.

The thing I'm confused about however is that their are obviously a variety of different steroids on the market. So I'm confused as to what is the best and in a sense the "safest" way to cycle.


And lastly, I heard that taking winny alone won't do shit. Someone recommended I taught half winny and half anavar. Can someone please help me?

Well..where to begin...

Diet and training is all you need to lose weight. Why do you wanna use gear?

Winny for your first? You should try Test E @ 500mg/week or if you want to stay drier Test Prop @ 450mg/week.

Also info needed...age? years training? what is your diet like? training?

anavar is the best AAS for losing fat but only when combined with test.

diet, traning , fat burner and a smart cycle .THat's the shopping lis.t

as others have posted above what are your stats.. Also post some pics, you may not even need steroids to achieve your goal, could just be your diet or training.

Some stats
I'm 20 years old
I'm 5'11" 250 pounds-- 21% body fat
I bench press 365 pounds. My biceps are 18". I have a 38" waist. Pretty big thighs and legs, i can squat about 500 pounds.

My diet now consists of basically this
Isopure Shake for breakfast with a banana
3 hours later a chicken breast (some times salmon)
3 hours later another chicken breast (sometimes salmon)
3 hours later another chicken breast (sometimes salmon)
Gym- half cardio/half weights
Dinner- a piece of fish with vegetables flavored with balsamic vinegar and a cup of brown rice.

Thing is i sorted let my self slip.I put on a lot of body fat over the past few months. I used to eat out of control, junk fatty foods. But i've been doing well since mid December, and cheated very little during the holidays.

I wouldn't touch anabolics IMO. You need to get your diet in check and drop that body fat down to 12%-14%.

You need a in depth break down of your diet. Exact protein/carbs/fats per meal per day. Keep protein about 1.5x body weight, carbs 1x body weight, and keep fats below 90g/day.

YOu have plenty of test. You are strong enough.

You need diet/cardio.

So your saying I should have 250 grams of carbs a day?

IMO, carbs are not the enemy! I take in high amounts of complex carbs and my bf has not changed. In fact it has decreased a bit, carbs are ur source of energy along with fat. I wouldn't recommend a fat burner, u need to get ur diet in check. Lower ur overall calories up Cardio and yes it can be done on a full stomach. U need at least bcca or protein to preserve muscle. Also what is ur post cycle shake or meal like.

Post Cycle Meal is usually a cup of brown rice/ a 8oz. piece of salmon/ and either steamed broccoli w/ balsamic vinegar or green peas w/ balsamic vinegar.
