i think i might have found my source. i was looking online too much and started talking to ppl at my gym (i work there too) and a friend was talking to me and he might be the guy i want to talk to. he thinks i was already on something and no matter what i say, lol. a good complement. but i was thinking, would equipoise by itself give me noticable results. i mean i have never tryed anything besides the best at the store which dont say too much, lol.i just want to keep it very simple my first time. if its cool by itself then what would be good weekly. 200-600mgs? when you hear a w/k then is that just on one day a week and keep it on that day for as long as the cycle. or would you split it up through out the week. i know i will find out more through him but i want to know a little before i talk buisness. and if you know a bit about it then what about sides?? nothing to serious? sorry for all the questions but i have never been more serious. 5'8 170lbs- 22yrs old 9%BF just my stats i dont know it might help. thanks a lot.

Hit up some test e for your first cycle. 500mg a week split into 2 shots monday and thursday.

^^^Where's the logic in pinning Test E twice a week if you are only doing 500mg EW?

12 Weeks of 500mg Test E alone to see how you react to Test. 2 weeks after your last injection start PCT on Clomid for 4-6 weeks, keeping NOlva on hand incase of any Gyno sides...

Week 1-12 500mg Test E
2 weeks off
Start PCT
Weeks 1-4 PCT Clomid 50mg ED
Weeks 4-6 PCT Clomid 25mg ED

Don't forget to pick up some Nolva, best to be safe than sorry as you don't know how you'll react to it

LBJ wouldnt it be best for him to inject like every 4-5 days instead of waiting a whole week between shots?Im asking here also for my on benefit lol

Nah I wouldn't bother. It's long acting ester, I see no point in pinning Test E twice EW. It isn't Sus or Prop. But I suppose it's a personal choice, so whatever works for you.

If you talk to the real old school dudes they would say that EQ alone would be fine for a first cycle, however most people now feel that a moderate dose of Test is your best bet for a first cycle. Two reasons: 1. EQ will definetly inhibit you HPTA, not like nanaldrone or test but your natural test production will severly inhibited if not shut down entirely. Having enough test is very important for your overall well being both mentally and physically. For this reason most people make Test the base of their cycles or at the very minimum at least run a TRT dose of around 250mg/week along with their other anabolics. 2. Many people believe that you respond best to gear on your first cycle, so you might as well take advantage of it. Test will definetly give you far greater gains in strength and muscle than EQ on an mg per mg basis. Also another good reason to use Test alone for a first cycle is that it is relatively inexpensive. My first cycle and what I would suggest is 500mg of Test E per week for 12 weeks with 40mg Dbol ED for the first 4 weeks. Personally I would pin Test E a minimum of every 4-5 days and Test C every 6 days due to their half life. You will still have good results if you pin it once per week but you will have more stable blood levels if you pin it twice per week. Also 2cc at once is a lot for virgin muscles. The pinning itself bothers me much less than the soreness that follows. Personally I would rather have an extra 5 minutes of discomfort than a week of soreness. Good luck.

what exactly do you mean by blood levels? how would i know. thanks for the info triddy05

..... also, what do you think i should pay for a cycle of just test e, and would that alone be good enough for a cycle.

Blood levels meaning the amount of AAS in your blood.

Test E alone is fine for a 1st cycle. I would add aittle oral use.

I think if pining 2x per week doesn't bother you than the lslightly more consistant blood levels are worthit.

LBJ, i'd like to give these guys the "perfect suggestion" if you will. WHile guys like us know what you can "get away with" Lets give the newbees the ideal suggestion and then let them lear the bad habits on their own. LOL.
