So me and my buddy have been working out together for 2 years now and we both worked out for a couple years before we started lifting together. We both have seemed to plateau out so we've decided to do one bulking cycle and one cutting cycle of gear. For now i just want to talk about the bulking cycle.
I'm 20 he's 21 we both are about 6 ft. 160-170 lbs and about 5% body fat. (We're extremeley lean and can't put on good quality mass) I already know wat kind of diet it will require and have been researching steroids for a very long time. Just last semester I did a 15 page research paper so please hold off on the "your to young, too light, you don't know what your doin" i know i don't have alot of posts thats cause i just joined but i've been reading this sight for a long time. and i like to think i got an idea wats goin on!

So lets get down to it!!...... heres the first cycle that i have planned

wk 1-4: dianabol, test E, Deca-Durabolin
wk 5 up dosage of Test E and Deca slightly
wk 6-10 Test E and Deca slowly decreasing the dosage as i come off
week off
Then 2-3 weeks of PCT including clomid and i can order HCG if the testicular shrinkage gets too severe
We will also be taking Nolvadex throught the cycle as needed. and milk thistle for liver support

I notice you guys aren't real big on Deca-Durabolin here do u think i should scrap the deca completely.

Any feedback at all is appreciated because i want to start my cycle by mid febuary so i can start cutting in the summer since i'll have to take 10-12 weeks off gear after this cycle since i always hear time on= time off

honestly I wouldn't taper weeks 6-10 and pct should be atleast 4 weeks. HCG should be run throughout the cycle not just for pct. Everthing looks fine but I was just wondering what kind of numbers you plan on running?

hcg should not be ran in your pct only thoughout the cycle the experts will chime in on this one im not an expert but they have given me alot of knowledge on when to run hcg and its not to be ran during your pct only thoughout the cycle. i was thinking about running it also but with its high conversion rate im thinking i will hold off on it gyno issues are not fun i had it as a teenager and man did it suck. start your milk thisle 2 weeks before cycle atleast 1500mg and go to 2000mg while on also it plenty of water in. like posted above pct should be atleast 6 weeks no less than four. clomid/nolva should work fine together just taper the pct down though out the six weeks

^ Exactly heath. Don't run hcg during your pct because it will prolong the natural production of your body's test. You can run it during the cycle from week 3 until the end if you want or you don't have to. Most of the cycles I have done were without it and I have never had any problems. Like heath said drink plenty of water,1 gal or more a day. Also like stated above don't bother tapering your cycle there is no need for it. If this is your first cycle then I would say do 500mg of test e for 12 weeks and skip the Deca. A friend of mine didn't have the best experience with it so that's why I won't touch it. Keep the dbol if you want and do like said and run it for the first 4 weeks at 40mg ed. By the sounds of it your diet isn't the best thats why you can't put on mass so get that in check before you start. Run your pct with clomid and nolva or just clomid. 50/40 50/40 50/20 25/10 25 and if you feel you need another week of clomid than use it. Hope this helps ansewr some of your questions.

Shit cycle

Drop Deca, don't tapper doses, keep it the same dosages, HCG run it from the start of week 3 at 250ius X2 EW, never use it during PCT

Stick to 500mg Test E throughout the 12 weeks for your first cycle & stack an oral if need be weeks 1-4 like you were intending to do.

Fuck the Deca, Deca is over hyped & shit. If you're planing to use it get some Cabaser\Bromo...Either that or get some NNP rather than Deca itself

PCT for atleast 4 weeks of Clomid 6 weeks is more benefitial keeping Nolva on hip incase of Gyno sides...
Weeks 1-4 PCT clomid 50mg ED
Weeks 4-6 PCT Clomid 25mg ED

alright i'll scrap the deca... shit's too expensive anyways and i plan on taking either 400-500 of test E. i didn't know if i should drop to 400 since i'm alot lighter than most guys who take 500. And i dk if i will really need to take the hcg throughout the cycle if i'm on nolvadex. Most ppl i talk to do fine without the hcg. and i'll run pct for 4-6 with clomid and nolvadex. Any good place to get ahold of some milk thistle tho?

alright thats wat i figured...... i wanna take some alfalfa syrup too cause it's supposed to increase your appettite but i dk if it's as easily found?

500mg Test E EW is a bare assed minimum for anybody starting.
Hcg isn't a must. You can get away without it
Nolvadex is nowhere near the same thing as Hcg so I don't know where you got that part in bold from...Don't get confused with Nolvadex & Hcg, they are 3 different things...

Nolvadex = Protection of bitch tits
Hcg = Protection of nutsacks dissapearing


For PCT Clomid for win but keep Nolva on hand as a just incase for Gyno sides & throw that into your PCT if need be
