it's as irreversible as regulr balding. think of it as an accelerated version of what was going to happen anyways. That said, there are various remedies out there of varrying effectiveness which you could look into.

it doesnt neccesarily mean it will happen but if its an inherited trait then like ^ he said it will be accelerated

There are things to prevent it or Propecia to overcome that problem...I find that alot of Test makes my hair thinner. But Winstrol is the worst for accelerated hair loss. Propecia like I said is something to look at if you encounter such problems.
