im a 20 year old male, 5'4 , 155 in body weight 10.7% body fat, 14 inch arms, 34 inch chest...
im here to ask a few questions and here some suggestions, negative or positive.... but dont care to hear about any other products besides the ones i have in my hands...
so im pretty much asking, what am i lookin at in a 8 week cycyle working out pretty hard 2-3 hrs a day my whole body not just upper or legs...
i was told since this is my first time doing and i have great genetics, my gain will be tremendous and i will gain no less then 20lbs. and swell and get the perfect look. after 8 week cycle drop and get a cutter to get the cut.
just a look back at age 15 i won state in a powerlifting meet benchin 325 in the 114 weight class. thats also been 5 years ago and i have not worked out hardcore or even tried to max out since. just go in and hit at a basic level to maintain.
deca and prop 2x a week mon and thurs
50mg of each for 2 weeks
then bump to 75mg of deca and maintain 50 of test.
i only have these two products to use. is the information above true, or should i start out same and maintain the same.... i have 8 amps 1cc of test and 10 ml of deca
please fill me in on exactly how much to use to get the gain im lookin for...im looking to swell and want to see a huge difference in size in upper body.
