deca and test prop first time

im a 20 year old male, 5'4 , 155 in body weight 10.7% body fat, 14 inch arms, 34 inch chest...

im here to ask a few questions and here some suggestions, negative or positive.... but dont care to hear about any other products besides the ones i have in my hands...

so im pretty much asking, what am i lookin at in a 8 week cycyle working out pretty hard 2-3 hrs a day my whole body not just upper or legs...

i was told since this is my first time doing and i have great genetics, my gain will be tremendous and i will gain no less then 20lbs. and swell and get the perfect look. after 8 week cycle drop and get a cutter to get the cut.

just a look back at age 15 i won state in a powerlifting meet benchin 325 in the 114 weight class. thats also been 5 years ago and i have not worked out hardcore or even tried to max out since. just go in and hit at a basic level to maintain.

deca and prop 2x a week mon and thurs

50mg of each for 2 weeks
then bump to 75mg of deca and maintain 50 of test.

i only have these two products to use. is the information above true, or should i start out same and maintain the same.... i have 8 amps 1cc of test and 10 ml of deca

please fill me in on exactly how much to use to get the gain im lookin for...im looking to swell and want to see a huge difference in size in upper body.

The only thing I want to put in is, if you are told you have great genetics and you believe that, why not put on some actual size before juicing?

thats actually what im doing at the moment, im hittin hard for a good 2-4 weeks with a trainer at the gym before i even start my cycle. im just trying to get advice ahead of time.

DO not use deca your 1st cycle. It is a very bad idea.

YOu 1st cycle should be 10-12 weeks 500mg EW of test cyp or test E. If you really think you need to add someting on use dbol or var.

ok, on the deca, why is it such a bad idea to use first cycle.

Bro Im sorry but whoever told you that stuff was misinformed. First of all lifting 2-3 hours per day is counterproductive. Even on gear that is overtraining big time. A total body workout every day is also a bad idea. I would start with reevaluating your training and diet and then making a decision about AAS use. 20lbs is a realistic expectation for a first cycle but not the one that you lined up. 100-150mg Deca per week plus 100mg Test Prop??? You will in all likelyhood lose weight on that cycle. First of all prop MUST be shot EOD (every other day) or ED and not twice per week. Second, the minimum amount that you would want to use is 100mg EOD, 150mg EOD would be better. The minimum effective amount of Deca would be at least 300mg/week and I wouldnt run deca for less than 12 weeks. Deca is also a bad idea for a first cycle, why?, because you are likely to run into a lot of sides that you will not know how to handle. Deca causes bad ance, deca dick (impotence), and progesterin induced gyno which is the most difficult type to reverse. If you run deca you need caber or bromo on hand to deal with the prolactin build up. I didnt see anything about a PCT either. PCT = Post Cycle Therapy and you NEED it if you want to keep your gains and have normal hormonal function. If you are going to run a cycle 10-12 weeks Test E 500mg/week.

yes i want to jump on because my size and stature is not what im lookin for...i want to jump on it get size and mass then maintain that from there on out.

you want size and stature they try getting your diet right, then maybe supplement with some protein and creatine and get some solid training for a couple years to put on some mass. Once your diet is straight and you been busting your ass at the gym and you just can't get any more mass then you can think about gear. Without the diet you wont gain with the gear and you won't maintain after the gear. Quit looking for the easy way, get in the gym and bust your ass.

LOL, I agree with you 100% LBJ. I have no interest in cycling Deca at this point myself, I was only saying that since he said he was only interested in using what he had. My next cycle will be 1g Test and Dbol. And yea Id agree, he should just drop the deca entirely or if he really wants to use a nanaldrone use NPP, especially since it makes more sense for with the prop.

Dude take a long hard look in the mirror and truly ask yourself if you really think at 5'4" 155lbs that you have good genetics.

You need to actually train hard for a couple of years before you even think about jumping on gear are you fu&*&in kidding me.
