Im getting ready to do my first cycle im justing getting all the details wrapped up and i just started my liver protection supplements two weeks before I start my cycle. My question is im running Test E 500mg EW for 12 weeks then i am running Test P 150mg EOD for weeks 12-14 dbol will be used 50mg ED for weeks 1-4 just to kick start should i use an hcg at say week 4 to prevent testie shrinkage. I see that the going dose is 500iu ew should i carry that through the whole cycle and stop 2 weeks before my last injection and i start my pct.

I would start at week 3 and run it until the end of your cycle. 250 iu 2x a week. That is what I would do but we'll see what some of the other guys have to say about it.

I was never an advocate of running HCG for long periods of time. Altho it will prevent testicle atrophy during use, afterwards, it WILL take a hit on natural functions once you come off, depending on how long you use for. I would say just get some nolva and use that throughout the cycle. I use HCG for 3-4wks at the end of my cycle to kick start my PCT.

i got a little to much nolva enough to take 20mg eod for the whole cycle should i do that to keep the gyno in check or is that over kill

Never use HCG during PCT bro, use 250ius X2 EW from the start of week 3 throughout cycle

Nolva throughout cycle will hinder your gains. Keep it on hand incase of Gyno sides. Nolva won't do nothing for Testicular Shrinkage
