Does anyone out there know if HGH or Steroids can speed up the process of healing injuries such as tennis elbow, etc.?

Physical therapy helps alot.Don't rely on hgh or roids to help something like tennis elbow.

HGH will help but Physio twice a week will work too...Don't rely on gear for this

I had heard that PT plus HGH into the elbow would speed up the healing twice as fast.

There are two remedies that I know for certain will heal your condition. A good acupuncturist works miracles for tennis elbow! I tried physical therapy for 6 months with no signs of recovery whatsoever. Then, I went to acupuncture and after the first visit, the inflammation had subsided tremendously. I must warn you tho, give it at least a few visits before you think of hitting weights again - no matter how good you start to feel. It never hurts to make sure your injury has fully subsided before you start going all out in the gym. I suggest acupuncturists first because I believe they are easier to come by than my second suggestion.

If however, you have access to someone who practices 'British Sports Massage' - this is the route you want to take. I'm telling you straight out, someone skillful in this technique will have your condition subsiding after the first visit. As far as healing tennis elbow goes, British sports massage therapy blows physical therapy out of the water! The results are simply phenomenal. I'll tell you straight out tho - it's probably going to be much easier to find someone who practices acupuncture as there are not many people who practice the other.

Before investing into HGH look into DMSO. It's legal and works great on joint pain.

Guys tennis elbow is tendon inflamation.. Reduce the inflamation and you rid yourself of the pain. I only say this cuz my wife is a PT Physical Therapist.. She helped me get rid of mine.
