Whats going on im currently looking into gear trying to weigh my options on which way i should go. im 27 248 and im looking to get to 260 with decent muscle mass. I have tried the usual prohormones ie(jungle warfare, haldrol pro anabol) and have gotten little results and back pain. Gear is hard to come by here in Va so i wanted to know some ideas on a first cycle for me im pretty hard on training and my diet is somewhat on point (cant be prefect all the time) my training is as follows

chest&tri's
back&by's
shoulder's\delts&abs
legs

first off welcome to the dungeon bro

for your first cycle, use test enanthate at 500mg per week for 12 weeks ALONE, just to see how you react to test. followed by pct 2 weeks after last injection on clomid & keep nolvadex on hip incase of gyno sides...

sweet thanks man i was hoping you post i have been looking at your posts man you seem with it. i just wanted to get some feedback since i am going to have to break my neck to get gear here so test thats it no eq at all

Add prop in weeks 13-14 150mg EOD

I would not run over 50mg clomid or 40mg nolva and I would taper the PCT more and go 6 weeks.

truth be told man i was once 370 pounds and had to lose it. i went with drastic measures and got gastric bypass i went all the way down to 221 started trying prohormones and got up to 248 where i am now. over three years its taken me to lose and get back up because of my absorbtion process with orals and food. im taking in about 260g of protein a day 500g of carbs 5500 calories man its hard eating that much food because of the surgey so it takes me ALL DAY. i just need a little help to get the ball rolling and to stop wasting money on prohormones.

First of all congrats on loosing all that weight and then working your way back up.

When I look at the calories that you put up something doesn't add up. If you take in 260 grams protein thats roughly 1040 cals and 500 carbs is roughly 2000 cals so unless you are taking in around 273 or so grams of fat you are not getting 5500 cals. Post your exact diet up so we can help you get that in check before jumping on a cycle.

Also what is bf% and lifting history?

im at work right now so i will post the diet tonight, trust me on the stomach size it will never go back to what it was things are different now that i constantly watch my diet truth be told i fell in love the with weight lifting stuff i loves the dudes thats in it and i love the life style. i cant wait to get everything rolling right people say i have some what good size now hopefully the gear will help a little

weight lifting history really nothing serious i have worked with a personal trainer for some tips he has his i think it a wnbf pro card. bf i dont have a true % yet going to the pcp thursday to get that

IMHO you have not been training long enough wuth your new body to gauge your potential. Judging from your previous weight you can probably put on some good size naturally. I would hold off for maybe a year or so with good dieting and continuous hard trainging before doing a cycle.
