First of all congrats on loosing all that weight and then working your way back up.


When I look at the calories that you put up something doesn't add up. If you take in 260 grams protein thats roughly 1040 cals and 500 carbs is roughly 2000 cals so unless you are taking in around 273 or so grams of fat you are not getting 5500 cals. Post your exact diet up so we can help you get that in check before jumping on a cycle.
