2nd cycle need help

okay here's my stats

im 18 years old i will be 19 in april

i weight 192 lbs and 5 ft 8 1/2" tall

my current max on bench press is 275 lbs with no arching

my first cycle contained just 250 mg of test enanthate from a very good legit lab and i did 250 each week for 10 weeks straight and my pct was 50 mg on clomid and 20 mg of nolva i have been off my cycle for about 2 months and im fixing to get some more gear just needing some help on what to get here is what i have in mind

500 mg of test enanthate a week
dbol oral
and winstrol injectable or oral still deciding

can someone give me a way to stack the steroids with my test thanks

cut the winny out...and by the way....i wouldn't rec. doing roids at your age bro imo. but if you do.

first 4 weeks dbol 50mg ed
12 weeks test e 500 mg

yea i know im a little young but i took the 250 just fine with no sides and they say that 250 mg of test e will do the same with 500 mg side effects but not sure about that....anyways i cant wait till my next cycle i went from 175 to 200 lbs in just 10 week's with the 250 just cant wait till 500 and some gear

if im not mistaken 250 mg of test e is similar to the HRT protocol, which would only put your test levels at a normal level, and at your age your test levels should be in the higher range of normal. Drop the winny more strain on your liver then you need, regardless if its inj or oral. And if you want to keep it dont bother with the injectable although it maybe more effective your going to be pinning ED, and its still metabolized through the liver. Cosign Rippdup's cycle. What do you have planned for PCT. How long have you been training seriously (diet/training in check)?

not sure about my pct i know im doing nolva and clomid but as far as training goes i have been working out for 2 years and not miss a workout and i work one body part a week

monday - chest and tricep's

tues - just biceps

wed - rest day

thurs - back and abs

friday - shoulders

In my opinion and i'm sure others will share this opinion with me, you started using way to early not only for your age, but your training age. You are still learning how your body responds to the norm, why would you let it get used to outside assitance? It will make it alot harder to come off, for someone without enough will power.
PCT an easy affective one:
clomid 100/70/50/50/ slowly taper 10mgs/ew till you run out
nolva 40/30/20/20 probably wont need anymore then that
starting week 3 if you wish you could reverese taper an AI.
Some sort of Cortisol control IMO should always be taken (lean Xtreme, Retain, 7-keto, coutless others.)

naw i dont care to much about legs all i care about mainly is upper body but o well

typical at your age not to think legs are important....which is a very common misconception. your body produces more testosterone and growth hormone when you train bigger bodyparts, and your legs are the biggest. your entire body grows when you train legs...your core, back, chest etc etc. you need to train legs. also, don't expect 50 pounds of mass off a cycle, it's definitely not typical. i think you may want to do some research before you start your next cycle, and anyone of us will tell you the same thing.

Cosign Rippd. Id actually bump the test to 750mg/week but 500mg/week is fine. I dont think that that is too much, Ill be running 1g/week for my second cycle starting soon. 250mg/week???? I wouldnt be suprised if the net result of that cycle was a loss of muscle and strength. Winny No IMO. Var would be good at the end. If you are worried about cost then you could also run Tbol, which is not too pricey. Also it wouldnt hurt to switch to prop the last two weeks so that you can transition into PCT quicker. I dont see any mention of ancillaries. Get some adex or aromasin in case of gyno or bloating. Just becuase it didnt happend at 250mg doesnt mean it wont happen at higher doses. Oh and common man who doesnt train fucking legs? And Bicep day? Bicep Day! What are you Gregg Valentino? Im just busting your balls but seroiusly I do think that your split could use a little improvement. Remember if you want bigger arms get bigger legs. Heres how I think you should run it ideally.

Weeks 1-4 Dbol 50mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Test E 750mg/week (inject M and TH)
Weeks 10-14 Var or Tbol 40-60mg ED
Weeks 13-14 100 Test P EOD
Weeks 1-14 Arimidex .5-1 mg EOD as needed
Weeks 4-14 HCG 250 IU 2x per week

i know this is mainly about the cycle...but i have to comment on this. this SUCKS. unless you have an injury to your lower back or knees, you better start squatting and deadlifting!
