whats up guys..im fairly new to the forum...my question is about clen.......along with a clean diet what is the correct way to run a clen cycle so i can shed fat? will it help me to stack any other product with it to maximize fat loss?

Stay away from clen. It's not a miricle drug and there atre better, safer things out there for fat loss.

I searched clen when Zomb said he posted clen protocal numerous times. I also looked in the profile of it and its not to clear on why is it so bad for you. All the symtons that I have read are only temp. is this true? Or am I missing something? because I love the stuff butt a great ECA stack works well too

ECA stack is great as well as others like thermocon or nitor by at large nutrition. Trimspa X32 works wonders too.

Does trimspa really work for you, It seemed to work for a couple weeks and then it stopped being effective. Maybe it was just me.

yes it worked so well I had to stop taking it. My weight dropped too much

well damn i need to check it out i had tried the first trimspa not the X32

The x32 contains hoodia extract in addition to the proprietary blend if i'm correct

i will have to check it out, would you suggest the x32 or the eca stack. which is best if you could only get one or the other
