Pre contest cycle?

Ok guys I have done one show naturally and have decided to do a my first cycle in January of:
1-12 Test E 500mg/ wk
1-6 Dbol 40 mg/ed

Pct- Clomid/Nolva
14-18 100/50/50/50 clomid
14-18 40/40/20/20 Nolva

My question is would this be a good cycle if I want to do another show in July? What would be a typical pre contest protocal? If I do the above cycle it will take me into April. In order to start dieting 16 weeks out I would start in March. So let meknow what you guys think.

test e alone for your first cycle is benefitial, so that was a good chioce bro...as for your pre contest cycle is concerned i'd suggest for the full 16 weeks leading up to your comp to use;

masteron, test p, & tren a stacked with a little var or halo...

or to keep sides to a minimum, you'll find this a good stack;
primo, test p & masteron with var to kick start with

i've been training for over five years and felt that I was ready to take it to that next level. I also want to go as far as possible in the sport.

The only thing is that it doesn't seem that there is enough time between when my fist would end to when I would start the second. Let me know if I am correct in my thinking or if it would be ok to go into the precontest that you put up right after the first PCT.

Ok so Rocco are you saying to not do my first cycle and just do the pre contest above or should I do both? And if it is both how much time between?

Ideally time on + wait time + PCT = time off, but the reality is that there are few people who actually cycle by this rule. Can you start the cycle sooner? That would give you more time between cycles. If not it sounds like you have about 28-30 weeks between jan and july before your contest. You could go 10 weeks on 10 weeks off (including wait and PCT) 10 weeks on. I think that it would be beneficial to do two cycles so that you can focus on bulking durring one and cutting on the other. Trying to lose bf and gain muscle at the same time will yield few results in either direction. Of course you would have to start your diet off before you started the gear for your precontest cycle. I would probably just not diet too extremely for the first 6 weeks before you start up again to prevent catabolism and the loss of all your gains from the bulking cycle. Just my .02.

For the Primo, Test P, Masteron and Var cycle what would the breakdown be with regards to time and dose?

weeks 1-12 on primo 400mg (atleast) EW
weeks 1-12 on masterone at 150-300mg EW
weeks 10-12 on prop at 100mg EOD
weeks 1-4 50mg ED var

Looks good, good post but Id change a couple of things if it were me, Personally I would do:
Weeks 1-12: Test Prop 150mg EOD
Weeks 1-12 Masteron Prop 100mg EOD

and Weeks 1-12 Primo 400-600mg/week
or Weeks 1-12 Tren A 100mg EOD

and Weeks 6-12 Var 50mg EOD
or Weeks 6-12 Winstrol 50mg EOD

Ive heard that var is not that great as a kickstart, that its better used toward the end of a cycle. Could use Tbol as a kicker maybe? Anyway the prop and mast would start working right away so there isnt really a need for a kicker. Some people love tren in cutters others cant deal with the sides, especially the respiratory problems can get in the way of cardio if you are running it pre-contest. You will also probably want to use lethro to keep the water off and possibly ECA, Clen, and or T3/4.
