Hey I was wondering I'm about to start a sustanon cycle as soon as i get my anti-e's and am wondering. Nolvadex my best choice? thanks a ton

i'll let alot of other guys comment on this as well. but there is no way you should be doing your first cycle without a base of Test.

PCT should be 3 weeks after last inject of sust to let the decanote ester clear your system so recovery can begin. Clomid is superior to nolva but both work together well. Here is what Ive used for PCT:

Week 1 Clomid 100mg Nolva 40mg
Week 2 Clomid 50mg Nolva 40mg
Weeks 3-4 Clomid 50mg Nolva 20mg

justlift, sustanon is the brand name of a blend of 4 different testosterone esters: prop, phenylprop, enanthate, decanote.

Unless you are using at least 750mg of test a week sustanon is not a good idea as you are going to have erratic blood levels. EOD or ED is the best inject sheduele for sust, but you can get away with E3D. M and Thursday injects for example do not work. If you want to inject less frequently you should consider test E or C. No problem bro. You are right that you should always have test as a base in any cycle. There are different types of test however and pretty much any of them would be acceptable as a base. Some of the common types of test are enanthate, cypionate, propionate, suspension, sustanon, omnadren, and t400. The difference between the types of test is the ester that is attached to them or the lack there of with test suspension. The ester basically dictates how long the half life of the steroid is or how quickly it will be released in the body. So to answer your question if you are using sustanon as the base of your cycle, you do have a test base.

well is about 40mg of just nolva okay enough because i know someone who just used nolva and said it worked fine.

40mg of nolva ED for 4 weeks? Or what exactly did you have planned? Is it enough to get by? Yes, but you could do a lot better. Clomid by itself would be a better choice than nolva by itself. Are you using hcg on cycle or in the wait time before PCT or not at all? You could probably get away with just nolva but why skimp on your PCT. Remember your PCT is how you help your body to restore its endrogenous test production amongst other things. Not an area you want to skimp on if you want to keep your gains.

No i'm not going to take hcg. Not this time but we're having a little trouble getting any anti-e's at all but yeah I was planning on taking 40 mg of nolva for maybe like 4-5 weeks. Also I bout my sust like a month back i've just kept it in a drawer. How long till it like gets stagnant or should i think twice about putting it in me?

As long as the sustanon isnt past its expiration date then it should be fine. It should say on the amp/vial. It should be okay. Steroids dont need to be refrigerated, only IGF, HGH, etc.
