I started working out in September of 2006. I’m 24 years old, and have great genes. I don’t plan on taking “the real deal holly field” until I am in at least my 4th year of training and have come to a natural plateau at that.
The reason for writing this tread is because I have just ordered Anabolics 2007 from Bodybuilding dot comm. I want to read over the entire book (I read quite a lot) and learn everything that I possibly can before taking anything.

Has anyone in the past read over this edition of the book or earlier versions…? What do you think about the book and will this book let me know everything or at least close to everything about the good shit from down town?

I have the 06 version as an ebook. I've looked over it but never "read" it because I don't plan on taking them, just want to have it for a reference.

It's certainly a great book, but by no means the last word on gear. That's the problem with gear is that there has been no real study of anabolics in the bbing context, so most information is derived from semi-analagous studies.

Dude;

i just bought that book myself and it's a good read - a ton of info so you can make up your own mind about what you want to do or not do. i heard that 2006 is available on line free (some pirate website). i used a lot of info in there (and other sources on the web)to make up what will be my 1st cycle based on my goals, body type and training style/schedule.

Good luck & let me know if you want any specific info.

later bro
