Hey all, is have hypothyroid and was wondering whats the best way to take T4. I have a freaken unbelievable time trying to keep fat off! even with good diet, cardio and weight training and all aspects are consistent :(

Lil big junior advised me to run it like this and take 8 weeks off between use:

Wk 1: 25mg
Wk 2: 50mg
Wk 3: 100mg
Wk 4: 50mg
Wk 5: 25mg

Is this the best way to use it?

I thought you already went to the Dr. for this. Follow his/her prescription.

No, i have to wait to see the endo first, get another blood test, and see what he says. Your absolutely right if i use any T4 it will definitely make my results bogus. As you recommended Clomid to me before ill have to ask him about that also.

Roc do you have any degrees of any sort in chemistry, science etc?. Or did you just use books and research to gather your knowledge. Also im interested to know what your current occupation is?

and thanks for your advice Roc you sure know what your talking about ill give you that

I'm a coach and a teacher. That's alittle more info than I wanted to divuldge.

I have some science background and have read, tested and know many involved in this niche. ALso have several close friends who are MD's. They are priceless resources.
