I am going to start a methanabol cycle in about 3 weeks and had some questions about dosing. I want to use the least effective dose, my routine is rigorous and comprehensive... and my diet absolutely in tact. I want to minimize aromatization as much as possible and avoid estrogenic side effects. I planned on pyramiding my dosage over 5 weeks like this:
Week 1: 20 mg/day
Week 2: 25 mg/day
Week 3: 30 mg/day
Week 4: 25 mg/day
Week 5: 20 mg/day
Week 6: Clomid/ nolva
Week 7: Ditto
Week 8: Ditto
However, I have a buddy who just got off a cycle of methanabol and he recommended that I build up to about 35 mg/day by week 4 and stay there during week 5 and then just cut it off completely at the end. Would pyramiding/easing my body off methanabol before PCT help reduce aromatization, not make a difference, or increase aromatization? should bring the cycle to max dose and keep it there till the end? Or no for other reasons?
