I use to work out a lot in high school and was much bigger than i am now. I'm 5'9" and weigh only 150. I have been considering using a cycle of Deca to help me gain some mass, but mainly strength. I'm almost 28 years old and I have done plenty of reading about anabolics, but still have some questions. I don't know anyone off hand to get the stuff from and have looked into ordering it offline from a company in the Netherlands or Germany. If I get the stuff, how should i take it. How many ccs should I take per week. I read someone on here that deca should be take for about 8 weeks. Would one or two light cycles have any major health affects on my body. I really need to gain some size and strength. I have a very high metabolism and no matter how much I eat I just can not gain weight. What is your advice on this situation.

How long have you been consistently lifting weights for? You said that you were bigger in high school, so I assumed you stopped lifting for a while. I would recommend lifting naturally for at least a year or two first and then using Deca to maybe break a plateau.

Dont run deca alone or at all for a first cycle. If you do use it use with at least 1.5X test to deca ratio to prevent sexual disfunction and all sorts of other shit. First cycle is usually 10-12 weeks 500mg Test E/week. Nolva and Clomid PCT. 8 weeks is way too short to run deca, you will just begin to feel full effects at 8 weeks. The bottom line is that you decide wether you are ready to cycle or not but I think you should wait. Im usually very liberal about this but you are not at or near your genetic peak. Id get to at least 175-180 before I touched gear. How much are you really eating?? Even with anabolics if your diet isnt right then you will not gain much weight. AAS creates a highly annabolic environment for your body to build muscle but you dont just pop some dbol and wake up jacked. The only thing that AAS will put on you with out proper diet and training is water weight which you will lose after the cycle is over. But that is just my 2 cents. If you decide to run a cycle go with the basic test E beginer's cycle. You will make excellent gains off test alone and you will feel great while doing it unlike while on deca. Finally I think that whatever you are reading on AAS might be a bit outdated, not to be dick or anything. Deca only cycles are pretty old school and 8-week cycles seem to be less common as well. Invest in some new reading material or keep reading the boards for more current info. Sorry if any of that sounded harsh, Im just trying to be helpful. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Basic cycle:

Week 1-12 Test E/C 500mg/week
Week 14 PCT Clomid 100mg/Nolva 40
Week 15 PCT Clomid 50mg/Nolva 20
Week 16 PCT Clomid 50mg/Nolva 20
Week 17 PCT Clomid 50mg/Nolva 20

Be sure to have your diet in check and your eating the correct amount of calories per day. If your diet isn't in chec then you will NOT grow.

Thanks for the advice guy. About how many times a day should i be eating? I have a very high metabolism and have always had trouble gaining weight, but i seriously want to put on some pounds this time. What about that supplement hemogen-50. Is that a bad idea to take.

Eat at least 5-6 times a day and make sure that you are getting at least 30 grams of protein at each meal. You should probably aim for even more protein to get bigger,
