I had a Botanical Medicine Proffesor mention one time that after a cycle of steroids, increasing/adding soy to ones diet would help normalize hormone levels back to where they were. I forget the exact reason why, but I was wondering if anyone else had ever heard of this, or could share any info on why this could be? Or is it complete BS? He was an MD, but by the looks of him, he didn't work out much...... Thanks in advance.

Well actually im not an expert but as far as as i know soy is the opposite you want after a cycle, for a proper pct you can use tribulus or those sort of things.

About soy as i said im not an expert but i think it conatians astrogen? read that somwhere...

Anybody welcome to correct me.

Yeah, it does contain phytoestrogens, or something along those lines. I think he was saying that it has a stabilizing effect, but I cant remember why now. Yeah, it definitely wouldnt be as effective as what GoingBig mentioned.
