First time juicing...

Hey bros... im pretty new 2 this forum...well let me juz introduce myself.. im 24 yrs old...180lbs , 6'1. Been working out for couple of years..on n off till got really serious like 8 mths ago..isolate my body parts like mon : shoulders n biceps, Tues: Chest and Triceps, Wed : Legs and Back.. repeat again till sat with Sunday off..
training time ard 1 n half hour..

initially i wuz obese..started with heavy cardio and diet to finally bring down my weight..Hydroxycut hardcore played a vital role..for past 6 mths been focussing on putting on muscle mass.

Im currently on sustanon juicing in T-Mix 325...1 ml once n week stacking with Deca 200mg, 1ml once a week..alternating on tues n thurs.. im in the middle of my cycle and have made significant gains in muscle mass..

problem is im unsure bout my diet..Im having 5 meals a day, 10 egg whites n 1 york every morning and twice a day whey protein... brown rice..high protein intake like tuna and chicken breast meat..however, my peers advice me 2 screw it n juz wallop everything since im on a cycle..however im concern as my damm love handles shows..!!! freaking fats lingering on my sides is still the bulge and it hinders the tapered shape ive got..Well any bros got advice how 2 get rid of it??? and can anyone highlight me on the point that building muscle mass and reducing body fat % is impossible.???? im trying my level best 2 do it supplementi g my workout with cardio and abs exercises...

Well as a newbie in juicing...ill certainly need advice from you bros...

Depending on your current stats you need anywhere from 5-8k calories. Here is a good primer for a bulk diet especially while on AAS. LBJ, Zomb131, and Teamorbit will be around to critique your cycle.

Read this and apply:

Yes all clean. Do not set a bodyweight goal without setting a body fat goal too. Otherwise you focus too much on the number and gain fat in order to reach your goal.

Make a definitive goal and also state when you want to achieve it. This goal should be realistic to build your confidence and as you proceed your goals can become more of a stretch and they will push you instead of depress you.

Start by tracking everything you eat/drink for an 5-7 days. Take the average of your total calories, grams of protein, carbs, and fat. This is your baseline and is very important.

From here increase your calories by 500/day. This is your target caloric intake.

You want 1g/lb of bodyweight. No more, no less.

You want simple carbs when you first wake up and after your workout. The rest of the day you want complex carbohydrates.

Your total caloric breakdown should be 50-60% carbs, 20-30% fat, and 1/lb of bodyweight for protein.

You want 7-8 meals/day. This greatly increases absorption. Cook your meals in advance and it would be very helpful if you can afford it to purchase a rice cooker. Stick to fresh/frozen foods when possible. (try to avoid canned products).

Fat should come primarily from unsaturated sources.

Buy a few (1) gallon jugs of water. You want to consume 1 gallon/day. This may seem like a lot but its not.

Good foods are:

Protein: round steak, salmon, tuna, chicken breast, turkey, milk, and whey protein.

Carbs: oatmeal, sweet potatoes, yams, whole grain pasta brown rice, fruits.

Fat: Olive oil, unsalted almonds, flax seed oil.

Vegetables can and should be sprinkled throughout your diet. I like broccoli and asparagus best.

Calories per gram:

Protein: 4
Carbs: 4
Fat: 9
Alcohol: 7

You should avoid alcohol as it reduces protein synthesis and dehydrates you.

For the next 4-5 years forget steroids even exist.
As far as supplements:

Don't buy Muscletech. A good supplement stack is:

Creatine Monohydrate, whey protein, flax seed oil, bcaa's and a general multi-vitamin.

Get your body fat determined and take measurements of your body. Also take monthly pictures in a variety of poses. This is one thing many of us forgot to do and greatly regret.

Get some of your favorite quotes and keep them around your room. Check out some of our pics/vids and use them for motivation. If you are having problems don't quit or get depressed you can come to the dungeon for support.

I would asses your diet as of now. Find out everything you are eating and calculate total Fats/Carbs/Protein/Cals for each meal. Should be around 4000-5000 cals since your are a buck 80. Once done slowly start cutting back on fats, don't cut out all fats, you need them to grow. Also your probly holding some water since your on sust. Cardio 2x per week would be good, for 20-30min, also you could cycle clen 1 week on 1 off...to keep your metabolism up. ECA will work as well.

Everything that could have been said about diet has been said. In respect of your cycle, I donīt think you chose the right combination since you said you were fat and you currently have fat hanging on your sides i presume that for sure your body fat is above 12% or it might be loose skin from the fat you lost. First of all no fat is good...he belief of getting huge full of fat and think it is good to bulk up is long gone you must keep your bf at 13% max when bulking up getting fat will only make it harder to loose it later and will sacrifice muscle when yo try to get ripped.....So for the next cycle i suggest you use these steroids wich donīt add so much water and fat= boldenone, test propianate, anavar, primobolan, test suspension, winstrol, trembolone etc. these compounds are better for your situation...

Now like zombie said you have to do something about your on going cycle ........I would zero carbs at 8pm i would cardio everyday 45 minutes at a different time than trainnig if possible... I would for sure use ECA and Clembuterol ......Tryto get ready of the fat that you still have try to keep your skin tight even if you feel small but first tryto get your body lean than make a plan a cycle to get big with quality because a cycle like yours is for bulking up and if your fat is still high it will make you grow but for sure your body wonīt have a nice muscular look. Remember fat is never good in your body it will have to go off sooner or later so better have it off when you are leaner than whenyou get bigger because it for sure will take much longer.. I know I been natural since last year and I am trying to get to 8%bf naturally and it is hard and i already lost 5 kilos.....The thing is I am going the long way donīt want to sacrifice any muscle

That is all great information absoluetly. But to be honest with the original poster, I probably would have cut down to where I no longer had the issue of higher BF before I went on a cycle and bulk. Just my 2 cents. But best of luck to you, and all that information previosly stated is great information for a great bulk.
