Hey there guys.

I've just purchased 100ml's of "75mg Test Enanthate".

Just wondering which is the best way to use, for maximum bulk. I'm aiming at gaining about 15-20kgs.

Should i inject every 3 days or once a week?

And what dosages are recommended?

I'm 20 years old, i weigh 70-75kgs. I'm 175cm tall.

Yes you are too young, but you already got the gear and i know there is no stopping you. So on with the advice.

You have enough test for 12-16 week cycle. I'd go with 3cc's 2x week Monday & Thursday, that will total 450mg per week. 12 weeks would be good and you'll have extra's left over. Read up on first cycle Test PCT.

Gaining 15-20kg's is a lot of weight bro. That goal is in the clouds...i'd say you will gain about 10-15lbs. So that's about 5-6kgs.

Also checking your stats...your small for your height. I'm 5'7 and i maxed out at 210 before starting gear.

Get your training and diet in check!

I hate giving this kind of advice because you have no clue about what your doing. But i know you'll inject blindly because you want fast muscle.

And without a diet and proper training you won't maximize your use. You can create an anabolic environment with the hormones but without a proper diet and training you will be greatly disappointed and good luck gaining any retainable muscle.

I train 5 days a week already. Have been for a while now (3-4 mnths)
My training is:

Monday - Chest and Tri's
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Biceps
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Legs

(is this training good for when i'm on the gear aswell or do i need to change it?)

I think it's just the diet that sucks at the moment.
I just need to gain maximum bulk.

3cc's per Monday and 3cc's Thursdays. That's it. Stick with that dose and don't adjust it becuase "i don't feel anything". Test E takes 3 weeks to kick in.

Training 4-5 days a week is the max i would do. You need rest. That split shoudl be ok i guess. Did you grow from it already?

DIET IS KEY!!! You need to get that in check. Timing your meals will also help. Without a properly planned diet you won't grow for shit or you'll get fat.

Have you even planned out PCT? Or have the chems?

Thanks for helping me bro.. you sound like you know your shit compared to all my mates telling me other stuff.

I was told to pyramid the cycle.. and to inject every 3 days.

E.g - 2mls, 2mls, 3mls, 4mls, 5mls, 4mls, 3mls, 2mls, 2mls

That's what i was told, to pyramid it.

Every 3 days sounds a bit too much. But i do want to gain big kg's.

The diet should be ok. I'm going to be consuming approx 3000 calories per day.

I just need to know exactly when to inject and how much. I don't want to be a hero and inject too much or too little.

I'm not going to start the cycle until i know exactly what to do.

I want to do it right.

everything here has been covered nicely by zomb1, but my turn to add...3000 cals is NOWHERE near enough.
my advise is...STAY AWAY FROM GEAR completly for another 6 months to a year, get your diet & knowledge up to par, & grow a bit more as a natural before pinning...i was 250lbs before i first done gear, & even then i was too young, but i still trained hard & consistant as natty for many years. PLUS i spent allllllllot of my time back then reading & researching into AAS', GH, IGF, PHs...etc

but if you still choose to do it, take zomb1's advice & eat A BARE ASS MINIMUM of 5000-6000 cals daily...

Decision has been made.
I'm going to jump on the gear... i've been on it before.
I only gained about 5kgs though.
I was on prop + enanthate.

But what is the best possible way to get my gains.

Is it to inject Monday and Thursday, 3ml's only for the entire cycle.
Or should i inject every 3 days and pyramid it?

Also i will be consuming 5-6000 calories for sure once i get on the gear.

I just need to know what the best way to get my gains is. I've got 100ml's of it.

Whoever told you to pyrimid knows NOTHING about steroids! You have to understand the Test E chemical to know why this is useless.

Monday/Thursday is PERFECT. How is it a bit much? Your goal is to keep your blood levels steady. You don't want to peak and come down...peak and come down. Keeping the test at a solid level in your blood will help with constant gains.

As LBJ said 3000cals is TO LITTLE. EAT TO GROW

Pick a time on those days and stick with them. I usually do mornings on injection days.

Just a NOTE to anyone reading this thread: There is no point telling a person they are too young or don't have enough knowledge to juice. They are going to buy it and use it anyway. So it's best to just give the advice and wish them the best.

5kgs is GREAT for gains! Best way to get gains? EAT/Train/Sleep

As i said before Pyramid is a waste of time! 3cc's Monday and 3cc's Thursdays totalling 6cc's per week.
