Well, it's not so much you shouldn't be using Gear unless your going to be Mr O someday.

You ( anyone in general ) need to use it after 5 solid years of training and your the age of 22.. Oh,, well in addition to that, study and research the product and affects of using it before you pin yourself with any drug.

Wow...I thought about roids for 2 weeks non-stop,but i knew the side effects and the cost$.Was he real big when he was on cycle?

I dont use them,i just got the get big or die trying in my head at that time,was about 185 now at 210.

whats your day like(diet wise)?Mine's pretty nice,wake up glutamine&amino acids,some chicken pasta,got to school(pack a 200 gram of protein shake),drink it throughout
the time i'm in school,come home eat some steak and rice,eat again after 2 hours and again before the gym,2 times after the gym.I dont do that on friday(cheat day).On my way to 230lbs by New Years,250 by September-November.

hmm sounds nice.. i eat 30g of protein every meal 7 meals a day with 2-3 hours in between and between 2800-3200 calories a day...

30g?how much do you weigh?My calorie intake is around 4000-5500(weight gainer protein powder) 5500 is when i am at home and got nothing to do but EAT AND EAT:),plus additional **** that shouldn't be in there...

whats atm?height about 5'10,bf i think something like 14-15%,strong as an ox:).Used to swim for 10 years,really wide back and big traps came with the package,working on calves right now,u?

im 6'1 203lbs, strong for my age, still got a six pack, legs getting big calves decent and well yeah.. big all over for my age... what is ur actual weight right now?

right now?211,i dont have a good six pack(i have it but its not cut,you will see it but nothing hardcore),I been trying to get my deadlift over the 315 for 4,only got 3 with no belt.Feels good to be bigger than anybody my age in my gym.Whats your training like?All out balls for heavy weight or just enough to get a pump?

Respect!Ever faint?I used to work out with a guy who benched 405@220,he almost fainted after 2 reps,i threw up after doing 1 at 275,i think i popped all the blood vessels in my left eye:)

yup.. but im not sure if i have time for it.. gotta think about my future education and so on... i need super high grades to get the education i want.. i already have but i need to work... but 6'1 at a basketballcourt in Norway (we dont have many of those extremely tall players) would seriously be owned.. especially at 203 instead of 138, like i weighed last time i was a the court...

and those super high grades are for what?All I wanna do is sports nutrition and the Olympia hopefully,since i take a ton of supps and i workout like crazy,i'm gonna do what i love.
